Elan Nadar

Corporate Director

Elan is one of the founders of Dosa Twist. He is a people person with deep roots in culinary arts and hails from a business family. He strongly understands that service quality can make or break a business. Elan holds a Masters in Business from Middlesex University, London, UK.


Operations Director

Sai joined Dosa Twist after leading operational roles at some of the most successful eateries in England.  With over 15 years of experience in Hospitality sector, Sainath is well-versed in management, team building, professional development and strategic implementation. Sainath has managed projects in Pune, India, holds Degree from University of Pune and an MBA from Wales University in UK.


Culinary Director

Deena is the Culinary Director of Dosa Twist and serves on its board of directors. Before being named Culinary Director in March 2019, Deena was one of the leading chefs in some of the branded hotel chains in India and USA. Deena graduated from IHM, one of the top Culinary management schools in India. He is heading the culinary division and playing a key role in the continued development of food culture ensuring the taste and quality in response to an increasingly demanding marketplace.

Marketing & Finance Director

Alagar samy leads our brand’s sales, marketing, and finance, With over 15 years in the Hospitality sector, Alagar also overlooks the company’s expansion efforts in the emerging markets. Before joining Dosa Twist, Samy served in leading cruise liners and Hotels in Italy and India. He graduated from a top culinary management school in Trichy, India.
